Job Requirements

  • – Associate degree in computer programing/electric and electronic technologies, information systems, or related fields is a plus,
  • – Minimum 2 years of technical support experience
  • – Deep knowledge and hands-on experience for configuring and troubleshooting operation systems, mostly Windows environment,
  • – Good knowledge of SQL query language
  • – Having problem-solving and good communication skills on the phone
  • – Excellent command of English both in written and oral communication
  • – Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a good team player
  • – Eager to learn and develop
  • – Not related to military service (for male candidates)

Job Description

  • – Support end-users every day to ensure the system is working as expected
  • – Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • – Escalate problems appropriately to other internal departments or providers when required,
  • – Installing, troubleshooting operating systems and software packages,
  • – Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
  • – Providing support to customers and end-users,
  • – Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root cause of their problem,
  • – Documents, tracks, and monitors problems or issues to ensure a timely solution,
  • – Creating and recording tickets for calls received via mail, portal, and phone,
  • – Following bugs and providing feedback to the customers about completed tasks,
  • – Ensure and care for absolute customer satisfaction,
  • – Supporting end-users out of working hours or weekends when required,
